What does $60/month get me?

Physician Services

  • More face/face time with the doctor.
  • Usually I can get you in same day, or next day.
  • I'm 'virtually' accessible too (phone, email, text, video chat)
  • I'll fill out whatever paper work you need (physical exams, employment health papers, travel documents, DMV stuff, FMLA)
  • Pre-surgical evaluation and clearance.
  • I do home visits.
  • If you need a physician speaker at a school, college event, health event - I would be happy to do it.

In clinic tests, procedures, and treatments:

Diagnostic tests:

  • diabetes (hgb A1c and glucose)
  • ElectroCardioGram (EKG)
  • rapid strep test
  • rapid HIV
  • urine dip stick
  • urine drug screen
  • urine pregnacy
  • fecal occult blood
  • and more...

Procedures in clinic:

  • ingrown toe nails
  • dysimpacting ear wax
  • joint injections
  • cryotherapy (freezing warts, age spots, skin tags, moles, etc...)
  • skin biopsy
  • PAP Smear
  • incision and drainage of skin abscess
  • suturing of lacerations
  • plantar warts (corns) removal
  • cutting foot calluses
  • difficult toe nail clipping
  • paracentesis (removing fluid from abd cavity)

  • antibiotic injections
  • steroid injections
  • insulin injections
  • nebulizer treatments
  • epinephrine and AED (but I hope no one ever has an arrest in my clinic)
  • local anesthesia
  • birth control injections
  • and more...

Lab tests

I've included the following:

  • CBC
    • (complete blood count: includes white blood cell count with differentials, hemoglobin/hematocrit, red cell dimensions, platelet count)
  • CMP
    • (complete metabolic panel: includes liver and kidney function, as well as electrolytes and blood protein levels)
  • Hemoglobin A1C (test for Diabetes Mellitus)
  • Lipid profile
    • (includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides)
  • HIV test
  • TSH and reflex to t4
    • (Thyroid stimulating hormone, and if abnormal, the free t4 level)

If we order follow up labs or other tests, we will tell you before drawing you blood - how much it costs.

Our labs are set up so that the lab bills me - not my patients.

Medications

We can dispense:

  • Metformin
  • Lisinopril
  • Aspirin
  • Omeprazole
  • Bactrim
  • Flagyl
  • cephalexin
  • Amoxicillin
  • doxycycline
  • rizatriptan
  • Ibuprofen
  • diphenhydramine
  • and more...

I usually try to find very affordable medications.  Then you pay for it at the pharmacy.  If you are on something expensive, it could probably be changed to something cheaper.

As our membership grows, so do the options for the future.
